Ms. Pray’s practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation, including securities litigation, employment law, bank fraud, directors’ and officers’ liability, lending liability, insurance coverage, toxic torts, environmental law, product liability, construction defects, trademark infringement, oil and gas, and civil rights.

Ms. Pray has provided extensive consultation in the area of insurance coverage and has extensive trial experience in Colorado.
