Mr. Maggio’s practice involves representation of corporations in various contractual disputes and related commercial litigation matters, as well as lawsuits concerning the design and construction of residential and large commercial buildings.
Mr. Maggio’s practice also involves defense of medical/dental cases and Board disputes.
Mr. Maggio litigates private passenger and commercial vehicle accidents and advises on complicated policy coverage matters.
Mr. Maggio also practices in the areas of premises liability, products liability, cyber liability, and personal injury litigation.
