Mr. Dewhirst’s practice involves representation of corporations in commercial litigation matters, as well as lawsuits concerning claimed construction defects in the design and construction of residential and large commercial buildings.
Mr. Dewhirst’s practice further emphasizes representation of professionals, home health care providers, mental health therapists, physicians, dentists, nursing homes and hospitals. He also provides representation in civil litigation areas of premises liability, products liability, personal injury, cyber liability, Toxic tort, and Environmental law.
Mr. Dewhirst litigates private passenger and commercial vehicle accidents and advises on insurance law including coverage and bad faith matters.
